Jackie was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and moved to the Grand Valley in 2007. She has 12 years of Customer Service experience and started with CWI in 2019 working as their endorsement processor. When she is not working she likes to read Jane Austen novels, ski, teach others about the Bible and go on adventures with her husband and young son.
